Supporting Independent Pharmacies

I believe that it's important for our State to support independent New Jersey pharmacies. That's why I've created SupportNJPharmacies.com, a place where independent pharamcy owners can report the challenges and problems they've faced due to PBMs in New Jersey.

I'm also committed to addressing the problems that face our independent pharmacy community, which is why I've sponsored the following bills:

• S2690/2727 / A3993: Eliminating “Clawbacks” and “Gag Clauses” (Approved by Senate and Sent to Assembly for 2nd Reading on February 25, 2019)
• S429 / A2383: “Pharmacy Audit Bill of Rights” (Referred to Senate Commerce Committee on January 9, 2018)
• S961 / A2590: Allowing All Pharmacies to Dispense Prescriptions for Medicaid MCOs (Referred to Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens Committee on January 16, 2018)
